Robyn Lynn Ebneter, cherished wife, mother, sister and grandmother, died peacefully at her home on Friday, October 12, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was 52.
The daughter of the late Robert and Roberta Gag, she was born on April 7, 1966 in Middletown, NY. She married Franklin Ebneter. Robyn was a member of the Middletown Assembly #16, Order of the International Rainbow Girls, and Past Worthy Advisor. She was outgoing and kind and always looked out for others. Robyn enjoyed canning, camping and fishing. She loved flowers and spent a lot of time gardening. She liked to ride motorcycles and being outdoors. She was full of spirit and was able to beat cancer twice.
In addition to her husband Franklin at home; Robyn is survived by her daughter, Christina Barnes of Slate Hill; her sons, Robert Barnes of Port Jervis and Shaun Barnes and his wife Samantha of Middletown; sister Dawn Worden and her husband Christopher of Slate Hill; brother Robert Gag, Jr and his wife Anna of Iowa and her beloved granddaughter Zoey Torres of Slate Hill.
Cremation will be private. A Celebration of Robyn’s life will take place on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 7 pm at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940.
