Obituary for Madeline C. Tarone Pagniello
Madeline C. Tarone Pagniello, a 19 year resident of Kissimmee, died Monday, February 20, 2006 in Florida. She was 93 years old.
The daughter of the late Nicola Tarone and Albina Colangelo she was born in Monteleone di Puglia on May 8, 1912.
In 1938 she married her late husband Lorenzo Pagniello. A year later she left Italy and came to the United States to join her husband. She found work as a seamstress at Petticoat & Skirt Co. in Middletown. She lived in Middletown until 1988. That year she moved to Kissimmee, Florida, where she remained.
She is survived by her three sisters, Armida Tarone of Kisssimmee, Fl, Olimpia Rampino of Foggia, Italy, Maria Iamiceli of Kissimmee, FL; six nieces Maria Concordia Zambri of Toronto, Canada, Maria McManus of Shoreham, Long Island, Maria Rampino of Foggia, Italy, Antonia Collarelli of Monte Alto di Castro, Viterbo, Italy, Alba Collarelli of Middletown, Albina Tarone of Middletown; and three nephews David Iamiceli of Kissimmee, Antonio Rampino of Foggia, Italy, and Nicola Tarone of Middletown.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 25, 2006 at 11 am at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 149 Cottage Street, Middletown.
Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc.
