Zausha Tyson was born on October 17,1987. She died on Saturday January 29, 2022 in New York. Zausha Tyson was born in Basseterre, St. Kitts and moved to Brooklyn, New York in August 1991 when she was 3 years old. Her parents are Eugenia Tyson and Leroy Tyson. She married Clint Williams on November 17, 2017. She worked for the Departments of Education in New York City as a Paraprofessional Teacher Assistant, and she loved her students. Zausha was very intelligent, strong and had a fighting spirit to preserve her life.
She is survived by her parents Eugenia Tyson (Procope) and Leroy (Pamela) Tyson also known as Val Payne, “Tazula”. Her siblings, Jacqueline (Kingsley) Procope-Isaacs, Amy Procope, Tazula (Natalie) Procope, Zoraida (Masada) Abraham, Dorie Tyson, and Amir Jamal Tyson. Her Grandmother Julie Brown. Her Aunts, Sharon Brown, affectionately known as Auntie Gail, Carol Warner (Brown) Patricia Lewis (Brown). Her mother-in-law Vida Williams. Her uncles Franchot Procope and Vincent Payne Tyson. Her nieces and nephews Zianga Abraham, Zamar Abraham, Kieara Tyson, Winter Procope and Storm Procope. Acknowledgment and love to the following families Brown, Williams, Thomas, Hodge, Glasford, Kelly, Parry, James, Lewis and Stephens who resides in London, Miami, Washington D.C, St. Kitts and St.Thomas. Her dearest friends Leanna Monroe, Natasha Tomlinson, and her favorite cousin and “brother” Chaverne James. There are many cousins and friends who loved Zausha but they are too numerous to mention.
