Willliam M. Cushing
September 25, 1984-July 27, 2013
Middletown, NY
Will “Bill” M. Cushing, an 18 year resident of Orange County, died on July 27, 2013 at Westchester Medical Center in Vallhalla as a result of an accident. He was 28.
The son of Cindy Cushing and William O. Cushing, III, he was born on September 25, 1984 in Oxfordshire, Enland. He worked as a driver for Med Line Trucking in Middletown. Will married Kelly A. Geoghan on March 18 in 2006.
Will was always there to help someone in need. He cherished his son, Landen and his wife Kelly. He was a dedicated Dad who was a T-ball coach and a member of Truman Moon’s PTO. He enjoyed the outdoors; especially riding his bike, snowboarding, fishing and playing horseshoes. He liked to have the occasional beer, but never a Coors Light and a glass of Jameson’s with his friends. He was a caring husband, father, son, brother and friend whose sudden loss leaves many deepely saddened. His memory will be cherished forever.
In addition to his loving wife Kelly and son Landen at home; and his parents, William and his wife Brooke and Cindy and Tom Ewell; he is survived by his brother, Bob Geer and his wife Danielle of Bloomingburg; sister, Marisa Cushing of Brandon, S.D. and nephew, Matthew and nieces Jade and Hayden and the entire Geoghan and Challacombe families.
