Terry Costa of Middletown, NY, died on April 2, 2013 at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 94.
The daughter of the late Michael and Mary Quaglietta Romano, she was born on February 16, 1919 in Utica. Terry was a loving mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family.
Cremation was private at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 10 am at St. Andrew's Church, 9950 N.W. 29th, Coral Springs, FL 33065. Ashes will be placed in the columbarium at 11:30 am at Our Lady of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S. State Road 7, Lauderdale, FL 33068.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl Memphis, TN 38105.
