The cherished three-year old daughter of Andrew and Holly Pingotti, Sydney Theresa Pingotti, went home to be with Jesus on January 27, 2018.
On July 7, 2014, Sydney became a light in the life of her loving family. Sydney was known to many as “Pep-Pep”. She was loved by everyone who knew her, and she returned that love to everyone. Her family received her greatest gifts, as they consider her a miracle. When she was diagnosed with a heart condition only 8 months ago, she remained brave and found solace in her Church and its community, knowing Jesus was always with her. She was a baptized member of Hudson Valley URC and enjoyed going to services there.
In her far too brief life here, Sydney touched many lives. Her life was filled with love; for Jesus, family and friends. Her favorite color was pink.
In addition to her parents, Andrew and Holly; she is survived by her brother Cooper and sister Saige at home; her grandparents, Gary and Trudy Stellingwerf of Middletown,Phillip Pingotti of Middletown and Denise Pingotti of Newburgh. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles, Michele and Kevin Hossink, Melissa and John Nop, Katie Stellingwerf and Liz and Steve Pekar; cousins, Alicia, Colin, Tyler, Brad, Dylan, Jillian, Ben and Chloe.
Visitation will take place at her church, Hudson Valley United Reformed Church, 1043 Co. Rt. 12, New Hampton, NY 10958 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Hudson Valley Reformed Church, Pastor Kevin Hossink will officiate. Burial will follow in the family plot in Howells Cemetery.
