Obituary for Steven R Michael
Steven Roy Michael was born in Belize City, Central America. He was the middle child between his sisters and was in the Bronx.
Steven was a lover of old school music. As we would say back in the day there was always talent shows going on and all Steven needed was to hear about a talent show and he was there until the shows ended. (Mine he never said he was at a talent show until after he came home after having his Mother and older sister staying up late at night worrying where he was)
Steven loved his family and everyone loved him. He was always available if and when you needed him or called upon him. He always had kind words and blessings for everyone he came in contact with. His spirit was that strong and everlasting. Steven had that spirit to bless you like no one could. He was a good and faithful servant.
Steven graduated from Plattsburgh State University in 1981 where he majored in Business Administration.
He started his career at the Board of Education for a short period. In 1992 he became employed at the Department of Housing Preservation and Development where he worked his way up from Procurement Coordinator to Procurement Analyst for 27 years. He married on December 27, 2013 to Lorez Hill-Michael.
Steven wants us to remember that God Loves us His Very Best.
In addition to his wife Lorez, Steven is survived by his children: Christina, Bria, Brandon and Justice;his grandchildren: Madison and Logan; his sibilings: Laverne, Joan, Jenny, Sonia and Clinton; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
