Obituary for Robin Grandson
Robin Grandson, a beloved mom, grandparent, sister, and friend, died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at home at the age of 63.
She was born on March 16, 1958, to James and Marie Wright Grandson In Brooklyn, N.Y. One of six children.
She worked for one of our valued Organizations, the Middletown Salvation Army as a sales representative where she used her many skills helping customers and contributors.
Robin will be remembered for her love of family. She was a single parent with a single child that she cherished and lived to care and provide for. People who knew her enjoyed her sharp wit and amusing sense of humor. She was generous and loving, often putting others' needs before her own.
She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany and her husband Timothy, two grandchildren, Talaya and Talaysia Kearns, one brother, James Grandson, four sisters; Sandra Watts, Yvette Sumpter, Sharice Grandson and Charlene Martin, 3 Brothers-in-law, 3 sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday. December 18, 2021 from 10 am to 12 noon with a Service of Remembrance at 11 am.
