Obituary for Phillis Robichaud
Phillis Robichaud, loving wife and mother, died on March 16, 2020 at Orange County Medical Center after a long battle with ovarian cancer, with her husband at her side. She was 72. The daughter of the late Frank Michelitch and Hazel Lumsden, she was born in Staten Island, New York on July 3, 1947. Phillis married Andrew Robichaud on June 8, 1967, together they shared almost 53 years of marriage. Prior to her retirement, Phillis worked in the Advertising Department for the Times Herald Record in Middletown. Phillis will be remembered for her skilled baking, crafting, and thoughtfulness for her circle of friends. She is survived by her devoted husband Andrew Robichaud, daughter Renee Robichaud and her husband Richard Calamusso, and her cherished golden-doodle, Sassy.
