Phillip M. Young, Sr. of Montgomery died unexpectedly December 16, 2009 in New Orleans, LA. He was 35 years old. The son of Stanley and Christine Bianco Young he was born on November 14, 1974 in Goshen. He was the owner/operator of Affordable Paving in Montgomery.
Phillip was one of a kind. He was very honest and out spoken. A great father and provider, he was hard working and always cared for and loved his wife and children.
In addition to his parents Phillip is also survived by his wife Jamie, son Phillip, Jr., daughter Chrissy at home, grandfather Stanley Sr., three brothers William T. and his wife Elizabeth of Throop, PA, Robert of Davenport NY, Brock of PA, two sisters Loretta Young of Monticello, Lorraine Wilkox and her husband Joe of Bloomville, NY, brother-in-law Jack Young of Bloomingburg and his wife Jackie , mother and father –in-law James and Nancy Young, nine nieces and nephews Nancy, Jack, Farrah, Jimmy, Doris, Jessica, Ashley, Joseph and Stanley IV, great-niece Lacey Lynn and two great nephews James and Stanley Richard. He was predeceased by his brother Stanley in 2004.
Visitation hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on Monday, December 21, 2009 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc., 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY A Funeral Service of Remembrance will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the family plot at Hamptonburgh Cemetery in Campbell Hall.
