        Pauline M. Quinn, the daughter of William Francis and Sarah Patricia Hollywood Quinn, died at home on Thursday, May 16, 2013. She was 57.
         Pauline was born on June 28, 1955 in Newry, County Down in Northern Ireland. She moved to Bronx, NY at the age of 5 and to the Hudson Valley area in 1988. She received her Associates degree from OCCC and was a former manager at Perkins. Pauline will be remembered as a free spirit who marched to the beat of her own drum. She was a loving, caring, generous, sincere, and honest person, and a nurturing and supportive mother was who was always her kids’ biggest fan. Pauline always remained optimistic and was a loyal friend. She was also proud of her Irish heritage and was known for her willful character. Pauline was a friend of Bill’s for over 22 years.Â
        She is survived by her love of twenty years, Richard Corrigan of Middletown; her son, Richard of Pensacola, Florida; daughters, April of Albany and Erin Gurdineer and her husband Matthew of Galway, NY. She is also survived by her brothers, Brian, Liam, Kieran, Eamon, and Kevin; and sisters Angela, Roisin, and Patricia; as well as many nieces and nephews, and her loyal companion Gizmo. She was predeceased by brothers Colum, Terry, and Sean.
         Visitation hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on Monday, May 20, 2013 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Church, 149 Cottage Street, Middletown, NY 10940. Burial will follow in the family plot in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY. Arrangements are under the direction of Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc., 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY, 10940. www.applebee-mcphillips.com
