Pablo A. Vignolesi, previous owner of Raffael’s and present owner of Nonni’s Trattoria in Mountaindale, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 in Mountaindale. He was 50.
The son of Rodolfo and Bilma C. Vega Vignolesi, he was born on August 3, 1960 in Argentina. Pablo owned and operated his own restaurant in Mountaindale, where he was considered like an ambassador by his community, he befriended everyone. He was a very good and proud father to his two daughters, and a great son and brother. He was always happy, had a heart of gold and was bigger than life. He enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle and loved to talk to people- anyone who knew him will never forget him or his jokes. He was an outgoing guy whose short life will be forever remembered by his friends and family.
Pablo is survived by his loving family; his parents, Rodolfo Vignolesi and Bilma and her husband Charlie; his daughters, Veronica and Julianna; wife Angelina; sisters, Maria Kmiec and her husband Adam and Nancy Vignolesi; nieces Candace and Erika and nephews A.J. and Anthony and great nephew Giovanni.
Visitation hours are from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc., 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 am on Monday, November 22, 2010 at the funeral home, Pastor Whitey Cooper will officiate. Entombment will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale, NY.
