Millie Nuzzo of Otisville, NY, passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at St. Teresa's Nursing Home with her family by her side. She was 85.
The daughter of the late Phillip and Antoinette Napolitano Vecchione, she was born on October 13, 1924 in Brooklyn. Millie was the widow of James Nuzzo. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who always took care of her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Jeniva Perrot and her husband Richard of Otisville and Louise Nuzzo of Millbrook, NY; grandson, Dr. Jean Vincent Perrot and his girlfriend Stephanie; brother John Vecchione of Watham, MA and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband James, Millie was predeceased by her brothers, Michael and Louie Vecchione.
Burial took place in the family plot in Calvary Cemetery in the Brooklyn in March.
A Memorial Mass for Millie will be celebrated at 11 am on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 90 Euclid Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940.
