Migdoel Lopez, 9/1/2024, of Middletown, NY passed away on September 1, 2024 at age 68 years old.
He was born in Puerto Rico to Alejandro Lopez and Cruz Figueroa on 1/3/56.
Migdoel aka Tito was a strong spirited man who had a passion for music, his Boricua culture, and his country.
A country he served proudly under the Navy branch as active and reserve. During his time in the Navy he met Carmen Lopez, whom he is survived by and soon after joined together for a life of pure love and happiness.
After the Navy, he joined the NYS Corrections Department and served as a Correctional Officer.
Migdoel is survived by Carmen Lopez and his daughter, Alisha Lopez.
He was predeceased by his father, Alejandro Lopez.
A visitation will be held at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home 130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY on September 9, 2024 from 9:30 Am to 1:30Pm. A funeral service will be offered by Fr Paul Richmond of Mt Carmel Church at 1:00 Pm at the funeral home.
Interment with US Navy Funeral Honors to follow at Orange County Veterans Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
