Michael Ernest Pavlick, a lifetime area resident, died on August 15, 2010 in Middletown. He was 51.
Michael, also known as Ernest, was born on May 23, 1959 in Hackensack, NJ. He worked as an assistant manager for Redner's Warehouse in Middletown. He was a past member of Ontario Hose Company and was awarded Fireman of the Year in 1983.Â
He is survived by his siblings, Cynthia Watson and her husband Walt, Brooke Knapp and her husband Marty, Dawn Brizzolara and her husband Mike and Andrew Pavlick and his wife Anne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his mother, Rosemarie Pavlick.
Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 pm on Thursday, August 19, 2010 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 am on Friday, August 20, 2010 at the funeral home, Rev. John Horan, O. Carm. will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Cottage Street, Middldetown, NY 10940.
