Obituary for Michael Anthony Minko
Michael Anthony Minko, beloved son, grandson, brother, uncle and friend has suddenly passed away on April 11, 2022 at age 40. Michael was born on October 23, 1981 in Middletown, NY.
He grew up in Middletown, NY and attended Pine Bush Schools and then continued on to receive his Bachelors of Science at SUNY Oneonta college. Michael always had a gift and love of building. He was always very good with his hands. He pursued a career in what he loved and became a contractor.
He continued to impact others around him with hard work and dedication by always being eager to lend a hand and never strayed away from hard work. Michael had the biggest heart and would always find a way to make others laugh.
He also had a love for cooking and would be in the kitchen creating some delicious meals for everyone to share. Nothing meant more to him than his family which also included a large group of friends. Above all, Michael was a loyal, dedicated, and truly amazing person. His life was taken too soon for the ones he loved and who loved him,
however, not believed to be taken in vane. Michael will never be forgotten and his love and laughter will live on in those he loved most.
Michael is survived by his loving mother and father, Irene and Steven Minko, Christina Frame, his sister and her husband Patrick Frame, nieces Madelynn and Sophia and Nephew Ryan, his brother Peter Minko and his wife Jocelyn Minko, and nephew Nicholas and nieces Olivia and Elizabeth Minko.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY.
