Obituary for Mary Wright
Mary Wright of Cornwall died peacefully on April 27, 2011 at her home at the age of 44. The daughter of Charles and Jane McCann, she was born on July 19, 1966 in Yonkers. She attended J.F.K. High School and moved to Middletown from the Bronx in 1988. She will be remembered for her smile that was as bright as the sun. She was our families "jukebox"- with any situation, there was a song that she would sing to make all feel happier.
She is survived by her husband Chris at home; her two sons, Jonathan and Shawn; two grandchildren, Kayly and Jacob; her brother, Mike, sister Maureen and her nephew Justin.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 2, 2011 from 4 to 6 pm at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc., 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. The Funeral Service will be conducted by Fr. Dennis Nikolic at 5 pm on Monday evening at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc. www.applebee-mcphillips.com
