Mary C. Pandis of New Windsor, NY, died on Saturday, June 23 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh. She was 66 years old.
The daughter of the late George and Agnes Henfling, she was born on April 3, 1946 in Manhattan. She married Angelos Pandis on October 10, 1971.
Mary is survived by her husband, Angelos, her son, Anthony G. Pandis of Westwood, NJ; daughter, Jennifer Pandis of New Windsor; brothers, James Altobello of MA, Daniel John Altobello of Tompkins Cove, NY; her nieces, Lisa and Lori, whom she helped raise after their mother, Jane passed away from cancer 37 years ago; two grandchildren, Darrian and Jayden, as well as several other nieces and nephews.
Mary was predeceased by one grandson, George Overton, Jr. (Little Georgie).
Visitation hours will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 am on Wed., June 27 in the Shrine Church at St. Anthony's Church, 34 East Rt. 59, Nanuet, NY 10954. Burial will follow in the family plot in St. Anthony's Cemetery in Nanuet.
