Obituary for Marcelle Henderson
Marcell Henderson
October 13, 1996-January 30, 2010
Middletown, NY
Marcell Henderson, a lifetime resident of the area, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 30, 2010 in Valhalla, after a lifetime battle with illness. She was 13.
The daughter of Marc and Kayleen Blair Henderson, Marcell was born on October 13, 1996 in Middletown. Marcell spent her life courageously battling many side effects of brain tumors, and was an inspiration to every life she touched. Marcell was a student of Institute for Special Education in the Bronx. She was a special soul who taught herself to read and write brail, ride a bike and could text on a regular phone keyboard. She was very loveable, strong-willed and curious. Marcell was very friendly to all but most of all, she loved her family. God has taken an angel.
In addition to her parents, Marc and Kayleen, Marcell leaves two sisters, Vanessa and Frances; her grandparents, Bonnie and Cicro Weddington and Justine Henderson, all of Middletown; her Godbrother, Carlos (Junior) Martinez, many aunts, uncles and plenty of cousins.
