Obituary for Ludvina "Lee" Castro-Molina
Liduvina "Lee" Castro-Molina, a longtime resident of Paterson, NJ, died following a long courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at her daughter's home in New Hampton. She was 79.
The daughter of the late Joaqin and Hortencia Molina Castro, she was born on April 13, 1931 in Lares, Puerto Rico. Lee was a nurse who served her country during the Korean War and worked as a lab tech for Vivatone in Paterson, NJ.
She is survived by her children, Jonathan and his wife Ann, Kevin and his wife Anna, Richard and his wife Miriam, Wanda Rosaly and her partner Marta Ortero, and Karen and her husband Rodrigo; brothers, Roque and Benjamin and sisters Delia and Lucy; as well as her brothers and sisters of both Raphaela and Modesta; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation hours will be held from 4 and 8 pm on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home, Inc., 265 Belmont Ave., Haledon, NJ . A Funeral Service will be held at 1 pm on Monday, October 11, 2010 at the chapel at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Paterson, NJ, cremation will follow at Cedar Lawn.
