Lili Coleman, beloved wife and best friend of Andrew Coleman, died unexpectedly at her home on August 4, 2021; she was 54 years old.
The daughter of the late Charles and Joan Walters Holt, she was born in Newburgh on January 30, 1967, and spent her childhood years in the state of Florida before returning to the Hudson Valley in 1987.
A lover of all animals, Lili was an avid outdoors woman. She hunted, fished and was deeply respectful of the environment. The home that she and Andrew created in the woods was her paradise. Lili loved the Lord and asked for His blessing for all those who were part of her life. She will always be remembered for her consideration and compassion for others.
She is survived by, and will be terribly missed by her loving husband, Andrew, at home, her three brothers; James Holt (Cheryl) of South Carolina, Greg Holt (Marcella) of Maryland, Brett Holt (Karen) of Florida, nieces, nephews, and friends too many to count.
There will be no visitation; a celebration of Lili's life will be held Saturday, August 28, at 1 pm, at Horse & Sulky Pub. & Grill, 809 Bloomingburg Rd, Bloomingburg, NY. Arrangements are made under the direction of Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc. www.applebee-mcphillips.com.
