Kenneth Carl Hilaire died Saturday May 26, 2007 at the Adult Home at Erie Station, where he lived for the past 3 years. He was 61 years old.
He was born in New York City on November 3, 1945 to Morris John and Olive Christine Hilaire. He is predeceased by his father Morris John Hilaire.
He is survived by his mother Olive Christine Hilaire, his daughters Brenda Charice Hilaire, Kimberly Monique Hilton and Javon Hilaire; one son Kenneth Carl Hilaire, Jr.; three grandchildren, Mitata Kaliha-Rae Priester, Brionna Thi-ysse Reid and Morris Anthony Hilton; his children’s mother, Phyllis Jean Hilaire; one brother, Stephen Delano Hilaire and his wife Lorriane; four sisters Yvonne Christine Monk and her husband, Theolonious, Joyce Marie Merriweather and her husband, Kenneth, Lorraine Naomi Myles and her husband Edward and Olive Adel Hyman and her husband Fred as well as his Aunt Mary Bligen, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.   Â
Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 30th at 7pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 511 Mount Hope Road in Middletown. Edward Myles, Sr. will preside over the services.
