Jennifer Martini of Bloomingburg NY, died unexpectedly on Friday April 2 at O.R.M.C. Horton Campus Middletown, NY. She was 34.

The daughter of Ida Healy and the late Michael Smith, Jen was born on July 25, 1975 in Middletown. She married Jeffrey Martini on April 10, 1999 in Middletown. She was an office supervisor for Physicians Practice Practice Management Services in Goshen, a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Middletown and a huge Nascar fan.

Jen was an energetic, dedicated mom and wife. She was full of life and knew exactly what she wanted in life. Jen was very loving towards others, and loved by her whole family. She will be dearly missed- she was a lovely person who is gone too soon.

She is survived by her beloved family, her husband Jeffrey, daughter Grace and son Keith all at home; one brother Thomas Smith of New Paltz and sister Kathy Mott and her husband Lucian of Newburgh; her mother Ida and mother-in-law Patricia and father-in-law Philip Martini ; sister-in-law Jennifer Dunn and her husband Travis and many, many friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 5, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc., 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY. Cremation will be private. Interment will be at a later date in the family plot in Bloomingburg Cemetery, Bloomingburg, NY.

Memorial contributions in Jennifer's name may be made to the Martini

Children's Education Fund P.O. Box 534, Otisville, NY 10963.
