Jeffrey Steven Goldberg, a registered nurse for NYU Medical Center, died on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at New York University Medical Center in New York. He was 65.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Sarah Jo Hamilton and his son Ian Goldberg; his two brothers, Arthur Goldberg and his wife Arlene of FL and Robert Goldberg and his wife Moira of NJ and their families.
A Funeral Service will be held  Friday, February 28, 2014 at 11 am at  Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. Cremation will be private.
