Jaelynn Kierra Warner, cherished six year old daughter of Michelle Gajdusek and Racquel Warner, died tragically on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Bon Secour Hospital in Port Jervis, as the result of an automobile accident.
Jaelynn was born on January 2, 2004 in Goshen and was a member of Goshen Presbyterian Church with her loving family. She was a Kindergarten student at Minisink Valley Elementary.
In addition to her loving parents and sister, Ines and her brother Jayden; Jaelynn is survived by her grandparents, Martha Warner, Nancy and Raymond Burris and Thomas and Patricia Gajdusek and several aunts and uncles and many cousins and little friends.
Visitation hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY. A Funeral Service in Celebration of Jaelynn's life will be held at 11 am on Friday, January 29, 2010 at Goshen Presbyterian Church 33 Park Place, Goshen, NY 10924, her pastor, Rev. David Kingsley will officiate. Cremation will take place at the convenience of the family at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope. Memorial Contribution in her name may be made to Jaelynn's Fund, in care of Michelle Gajdusek P.O. Box 515, Unionville, NY 10988.
