The son of Mildred Jorgenson and Wiley F. Shaver Jr., he was born in Riverside, California on December 6, 1945.

George was a man who was full of life. He loved his kids, always worked hard, and lived his life to the fullest. He was a creative business man throughout his life with many revolutionary ideas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren: Tristien, Paige, Jillian, Henry, Jackson, Julia, Reagan, Aliegh, Nathaniel, Amelia, and Gabriel.
