Florence Clark of Otisville NY, died on Tuesday December 12 at O.R.M.C. Horton Campus Middletown, NY. She was 90.
She was born on June 20, 1916 in Port Jervis, NY. Florence was a devoted member of Holy Name of Jesus Church in Otisville. She worked as a therapy aide for Middletown Psyche Center in Middletown until her retirement.
A family statement reads: “Florence was always content, she was a gentle and loving person. We will remember her as always cheerful and compassionate. Jeffrey, her grandson, was the light of her life-she was extremely proud of him and his acheivements. Known as Aunt Flo to everyone, she will be dearly missed”.
She is survived by her son Francis and his wife Janet of Otisville; sisters, Helen Congiolosi of Rock Hill and Mary Rhein of Middletown; and her grandson, Jeffrey Clark.
She was predeceased by her brother William Kunz and sisters, Rose DeVore and Stephanie Dombrowski.
Friends may call on Friday, December 15, 2006 from 9 to 9:30 am at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. A Funeral Mass will be clebrated on Friday, December 15, 2006 at 10 am at Holy Name of Jesus Church in Otisville.
Burial will follow in Holy Name Cemetery.
