Edith Rivera
Edith Rivera of Middletown, New York passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at home with her family by her side. She was 89.
Born in Salina, Puerto Rico on November 15, 1934 to Juan and Teresa Rivera.
Edith worked in the assembly line for Westchester Lace, West New York, New Jersey.
She is survived by her daughters, Diana Cirelli and Linda Rivera, her grandchildren, Edward Borgia, Jillian and Keith Moran, Christian, Jonathan, Teddy and Jasmin Rivera, her great-grandchildren, Madelyn Borgia, Teddy Rivera Jr. and Kayden Rivera and longtime family member, Keith Moran.
Edith was pre-deceased by her son Tedito and her loving husband Theodore Rivera.
Visitation will be held at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc., 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940 on Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview New Jersey.
Arrangements are under the direction of Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home.
