Obituary for Edith Kovacs
Edith Kovacs of Middletown, NY passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at the age of 81.
Edith was born in Middletown, NY on July 10, 1940 to parents John and Lena Rasmussen. One of two children she attended Middletown High
School and worked many years at Dun & Bradstreet. She also worked at Valley View Nursing where she retired from and volunteered in the gift shop for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Kovacs; son Michael Kovacs; daughter-in-law Stephani Kovacs; sister Nancy Willis and brother-in-law Thomas Willis.
A visitation for Edith is planned for Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Applebee McPhillips Funeral Home, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY. There will be a short memorial service to follow.
