Dixie Reagan of Howells, died January 21, 2007 at Middletown Park Manor. She was 70.The daughter of Ruth Oakley Bailey and the late Clark Bailey, she was born October 5, 1936 in Middletown, N.Y.She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Middletown. Dixie worked as a bus driver and instructor for Minisink Valley School District until her retirement.She is survived by her husband, Lowell M. Reagan, Sr. of Howells; her mother, Ruth F. Bailey of Howells; her son, Lowell "Mike" Reagan of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; daughter, Kelly R. Reagan of Goshen; brother, Clark "Richard" Bailey and his wife, Coleen of Vero Beach, Fla.; nephew, Bryan Bailey of Vero Beach, Fla.; niece, Jodi Perez and her husband, Robert of Texas, and one grandson, Lowell M. Reagan, III.She was predeceased by one son, Dean Reagan.Friends may call on Friday, January 26, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc., 130 Highland Ave., Middletown, N.Y.A Funeral Service of Remembrance will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, January 26, at the funeral home with the Rev.
