Dina M. Piscitelli, an amazing wife, mom, daughter, sister, cousin, aunt and friend, died following a courageous battle with cancer on Christmas morning at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 46.
The daughter of Barbara Bonneau, she was born on November 20, 1970 in the Bronx. She married Dominick Piscitelli on July 30, 1989 in Brooklyn, and they shared 27 happy years together. Dina was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Middletown. She worked at Circleville Elementary School. She was caring, very helpful and artistic. She enjoyed arts and crafts, cooking and baking. Dina took part in the Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society.
In addition to her loving husband Dominick, she is survived by her mother, Barbara; her daughters, Briana and Juliana Piscitelli; her brothers, John Ponte and his family and Joseph Bonneau and his family; and her sister, Margaret Schmidt and her family; and her many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on December 30, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 149 Cottage Street, Middletown, NY 10940. Entombment will follow in the Queen of Peace Mausoleum in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
