Daniel Eugene Miller was born with a twinkle in his eyes on January 31, 1990 at home in Pelham, Westchester County, New York. That twinkle never left. Parents are Deryl Eugene Miller and Diane Laura Miller.
Daniel was working towards his degrees at OCCC and Long Island University, Sports Education, he loved baseball more than anything. He was very involved with the community and contributed his time and talents to the Middletown Little League umpiring and coaching, Daniel was the President of Babe Ruth Baseball, and participated on several baseball teams.
When he wasn't working he was training kids and adults in what he loved and what he loved more than anything was seeing them succeed. He wanted everyone around him to be happy. He had the biggest heart of anyone and would do anything for others. He worked at the Middletown High School and also at Dunkin' Donuts bringing joy to anyone he talked to.
Daniel loved hanging out with his friends, playing cards, watching Dragon Ball Z, hiking, a good meal, but more than anything he loved life. He never did anything half-heartedly, just full throttle. He put his heart and soul into everything that he did.
Daniel is survived by his parents Diane L. Miller, Deryl E. Miller, sisters Sarah Joy Miller, Rebekah Elizabeth Miller, and brother Joshua Luke Miller and his grandmother Helen Joyce Zauderer, and one niece Olivia Catherine Peel.
Daniel's funeral is scheduled at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940.
The services will be this Wednesday, June 15th from 2:00-4:00 PM and also 6:00-8:00 PM for viewing - Rev. Johnny Bell who loved Daniel since he was a little boy will start the Eulogy at 7:00 PM. www.applebee-mcphillips.com
