Obituary for Christopher A. MacLean
Christopher A. MacLean, a lifelong resident of Middletown, NY, entered into rest, July 29, 2023 at the age of 54.
He was born November 6, 1968 to Anne Santos and Basil C. MacLean, Jr.
Chris was an avid gardener and enjoyed working on classic muscle cars.
He is survived by his loving mother, Anne Santos MacLean, his sister Diane Walker of Goshen, his brothers; Joseph Johnson and his wife Donna of Goshen, Jeffrey Johnson and his wife JoAnne of New Hampton, Randy MacLean and his wife Kathie of Middletown, Daniel MacLean and his wife Cheryl of Chester, numerous nieces and nephews and of course his dog, Barkie.
Chris was predeceased by his dad, Basil MacLean, Jr.
The compassionate care he received at Hospice Kaplan House was truly amazing.
His family will be forever grateful.
Even though you knew the end was near, you hid your pain and made us smile, laugh and eventually cry. You will be a part of us forever.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc., 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
