Christine E. Brown, "Bunny" an area resident since 1974, died Sunday, July 17, 2011 at O.R.M.C. Horton Campus. She was 61. Christine was born on September 15, 1949 to Laura Satchell Fuller and the late Harold Fuller in Manhattan. She married the love of her life Albert J. Brown Jr. and spent 35 wonderful years together raising their three children. Christine will always be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was someone that took care of others before herself- always caring, intelligent, funny and generous. She enjoyed doll houses, sewing, doing crafts and bowling.
Survivors include her loving husband Albert at home, son Albert the III of California, daughters, Yvette King and Amber Newsome and her husband Dujuan, all of NJ, sister Patricia A. Brown, four grandchildren and nephew Thomas Fuller and his wife Carla of NY. She was predeceased by her brother Barry Randoff.
Visitation hours will be from 12 to 2 pm on Tuesday, July 26, at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc. 130 Highland Ave. Middletown, NY 10940. Funeral Service will be held at 2 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Bryant Vasquez officiating. Burial will be in the family plot in Wallkill Cemetery Middletown, NY.
