It with great sadness we announce the passing our mom.
Born on July 20, 1916 to John and Agnes Magudar. Mom was so thrilled to have lived to 100.
She was very active up until the age of 95. She loved going shopping, doing her puzzle books and scratch off tickets. Ceshia was a retired employee of the Middletown State Hospital. After retirement, she watched many a grandchild. She also took care of her daughter Kathleen, who in turn took care of her in her final years.
She married Marcel Goyette, and he predeceased Ceshia in February of 1994. Out of that union came five children who survive her today.
Patricia Ulatoski and her children; Stanley Utaloski and his wife Noel and their children, John, Jake, Jorden and Jenna; Stephen Ulatoski and his children, Erin, Emily and Ceshia; and Melissa Freestone and her husband Steve and their children, Gabby Garcia and Maggie Freestone.
Kathleen Goyette, whom resides at home.
Christine Geagley and her husband Kenneth and their children; Courtney Geagley and her two daughters Hannah and Cloe; and William Geagley and his wife and their three children.
Michael A. Goyette and his wife Kathy, with whom she resided for the last 10 years, and their children:Amanda Goyette, Natasha Joerger and her husband Paul and their children, Michael and Madison.
Tina Doland and her children: Alicia Melendez and her husband Alex, Tori Weslowski and her partner Nicole, Rianna Weslowski and boyfriend Michael, Lexi Doland and fiancé Brandon.
Mom was predeceased by her husband Marcel Goyette, brother Henry Maguadar and son-in-law Stanley Ulatoski.
The family would like to thank her special granddaughter, Natasha and her grandmom Frances Herman for all the loving care given to mom. You both took such good care of her. The family also thanks Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties and her wonderful nurse, Kristen.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm on Monday, January 16, 2017 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, with a funeral service at 6 pm. Pastor Annette Vazquez will officiate. Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in Ceshia's name may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550.
