Catherine P Joannides
Catherine Joannides, a resident of Rock Hill passed away on September 30, 2024 at Garnet medical center. She was born on April 19, 1944 in the Bronx to Vincent and Mary Arico. Her family then moved to Hicksville, Long Island where she met her high school sweetheart and future husband, Dennis. Together they raised four children. Catherine enjoyed spending summers with her husband in Ocean City, MD where they often feasted on crab dinners and spent time relaxing on the beach. She spent her days watching her favorite tv shows; the Food Network channel and the Bachelor.
She is survived by her children Chris and his wife Patty of Middletown, NY, Michael and his wife Tanya of Monroe, NC, Terrilynn and her husband Michael of Denmark, Nicole and her husband Mike of Rensselaer, NY, and her sister Christine of Altamont, NY. She leaves behind ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Catherine is predeceased by her husband, Dennis, her brother, Vincent and her grandson.
As per Catherine's request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
