Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. . During Barbara's younger years, she sang with her sisters and enjoyed music, which followed her all throughout her life. Barbara was always a hard worker. She shared her life with Carl Mastrangelo and they had two beautiful daughters; Michele and Carla. She loved and adored her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Barbara will be deeply missed by all, but her memories will live on forever.
Barbara is survived by her two sisters: Maria Cappiello and Beverly Ibrahim, her two daughters: Carla Leary and Michele Appaluccio, her grandchildren: Nicole Irving, Lauren Coman, Jessica Appaluccio and Liam Leary, and her great-grandchildren: Declan Roche, Gavin and Lily Rose Irving.
Memorial services will be held at 11AM on Saturday October 5, 2024 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Middletown, NY. A repast will follow from 1p-5p at Destefano's Olde Erie in Middletown, NY.
