Arleen Carmen Bellaran, a longtime area resident, died unexpectedly on Tuesday October 12 at home. She was 54.
The daughter of Vincent Bellaran, Jr. and the late Juanita Cruz Bellaran, she was born on January 4, 1957 in Newark, NJ. She moved to the area 20 years ago from Newark and worked for Horton Hospital and Home depot during that time.
Arleen was a loving mother to her three children, Jamie Levine Burt, Nicole and Todd Kolvenbach. She is also survived by her father Vincent, brothers Vincent N. Bellaran,III of Brielle, NJ, Raymond Bellaran of Newark, NJ and Gilbert Bellaran of Savannah, GA. She is also survived by her longtime friend, Kenneth James.
Visitation hours are from 2 to 4 pm on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc., 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon. Rev. John Horan, O.Carm. will officiate. Cremation will be private at Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY.
