Obituary for Anthony Constantino Roberto
Mr. Anthony Constantino Roberto of Middletown, NY died August 26, 2022 at home. He was 83 years old.
Roberto was born August 24, 1939 in Manhattan, New York the son of the late Anthony J. Roberto and the late Antoinette DeFilippo Roberto.
Anthony married Marilee A. Stasch 58 years ago on April 11, 1964 in St. Cecelia’s Cathedral in Omaha, Nebraska.
Anthony was a member of the Middletown Elks Club for many years and was on Elk's bowling teams, in leagues at Middletown Lanes. He also was an avid collector of coins and baseball cards. As a teenager in New York City, he raised homing pigeons for the purpose of entering pigeon races and continued this hobby into his adulthood here in Middletown.
Survivors include his wife, Marilee A. Roberto; son – Anthony L. Roberto, daughter – Barbarann Bianchi, son – Christian C. Roberto; granddaughters – Carmela Bianchi, Antoinette Bianchi, Christina Roberto and Alexis Rivera; grandson – Michael Bianchi; great-grandsons – Brandon Edwards and Anthony Edwards; Cain; sisters Anna May Davis and Carol Norris, brothers Joseph Roberto and wife Gail, and Vincent Roberto and wife Colleen, and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Antoinette Roberto.

Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church on Wawayanda Avenue in Middletown at 11:00 AM.
Burial will be at St. Joseph’s cemetery following Mass services.
