Anna J. Pascocello, a longtime resident of the South Shore in Staten Island, NY, for the last 15 years a resident of Orange County, NY, died peacefully at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. She was 98.
The daughter of the late Anthony and Mildred Massi Pascocello, she was born on May 16, 1920 in Brooklyn, NY. Anna worked as a secretary for many years for U.S. Public Health Service in the New York City and then as a secretary in the library of Monsignor Farrell High School in Staten Island. She was an active member of St. Charles Parish,
and Our Lady of Queen of Peace also in Staten Island.
She was predeceased by her brother, Anthony J. Pascocello and sister, Rita as well as her parents. She is survived by her nephew, Anthony J. Pascocello, Jr. and nieces Margaret P. Connor and Anita J. Pascocello.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the family plot in Calvary Cemetery in Queens, NY. Arrangements under the direction of Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc. www.applebee-mcphillips.com
