Anna E Hutchinson-Rogalski
May 3rd, 1972- January 27th, 2022
Bloomingburg, NY- Anna E Hutchinson-Rogalski passed away at Garnet Health Medical Center
with her beloved son by her side after her courageous battle from COVID-19. She was 49 years
old.
Anna was born in Elizabeth, NJ to her mother Helen Polchowski and father Wodjek Rogalski. She dedicated 25 years of her life to Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, NY.
Anna’s magnetic personality has touched so many lives within those 25 years. She was known by many and loved by all. Anna was an activist, she loved to be outdoors and constantly surrounded by her friends and family. Her positive personality was always striving to make this world a more kind and loving place. She adored her family, she was such an inspiration for
many.
Over the last couple of years Anna battled an aggressive form of lymphoma earning her badge as Wonder Women. Her strength and bravery was immeasurable throughout this battle.
She was able to conquer through this disease with the loving support of her family and friends.
Her bond with her sister Yolanda was indescribable. If it wasn’t for Yolanda lovingly donating her bone marrow Anna would have missed out on the birth of her 3 youngest beautiful grandchildren. Anna was the rock and foundation of her family helping them through many difficult chapters in their lives regardless of what she was going through.
Anna is survived by her loving life partner Jennifer, their son Andrae, his fiancé Mary and her beautiful grandchildren Addison, Lillian, Liam and Logan. Her loving sister Yolanda Polchowski, Darlene Long, and her nephew and nieces Riley, Phoebe, and Nadia.
She was predeceased by her father Wodjek Rogalski and survived by her mother Helen Polchowski.
We would like to offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to Annas amazing work family and hospital staff for the kindness, loving care and friendship so freely given to Anna.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM and a Funeral Service will be Celebrated at 7:30PM on Wednesday February 2, 2022 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, 130 Highland Ave, Middletown NY 10940.
Burial will be held on Thursday February 3, 2022 at 10:30AM Bloomingburg Cemetery in Bloomingburg NY.
In honor of her long courageous battle all those who are attending the visitation must be
vaccinated and required to wear masks and conform to Covid-19 Guidelines.
