Ana Marie Palmiero, a longtime Circleville resident and currently of Manhattan, died unexpectedly on August 17, 2018 in Manhattan. She was 33 years old.
The daughter of the late Anthony and Francine Valentino Palmiero, Ana was born on May 9, 1985 in the Bronx. She grew up in the Bronx, NY. After the death of her mother, Francine, Ana moved up to Orange County when her father remarried Patricia Leight. She graduated from Pine Bush High School in 2003. After graduation, she attended SUNY at Binghamton following her passion for writing. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2007. Ana later moved to NYC and worked in publishing. She was hardworking and driven. Ana was kind, reliable, generous and always put others before herself. Her chihuahua Lily, meant the world to her and she always had Lily close by.
She was predeceased by her mother, Francine, her father Anthony and stepmother Patricia Palmiero.
Ana is survived by her uncle John Palmiero, stepsisters, Teresa Talavera and her husband Carlos, Lisa Wood and nieces and nephews Amber Rose, Savannah and Michael, all of Middletown, and her many beloved friends.
She had maintained many childhood friendships for over 20 years that became more like family for her. Her family appreciates the many expressions of kindness and support they have received from everyone during their sudden loss of Ana.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc, 130 Highland Avennue, Middletown, NY 10940. A Funeral Service will be held at 7:30 pm on Friday evening.
Burial in the family plot in St. Joseph’s Cemetery will take place at a later date.
