Obituary for Alan A. Sisco
Alan A. Sisco, the co-owner of Sisco Auto Parts, a longtime family run business in Middletown, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2006 at his home in Sebastian, FL. The son of the late Angelo Sisco Sr. and Theresa Marino Sisco, he was born on May 31, 1931 in Middletown. He was active in our community as a member of the Middletown Elks Lodge #1097, the Middletown Knights of Columbus, and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Helen at home; sons, Alan E. Sisco and his wife Terry of Middletown, Nicholas G. Sisco and his wife Debbie of Thompson Ridge, granddaughter, Nicole Heller and her husband Brian of Middletown; grandson Jeffrey Sisco of Middletown; sister Ann Lesando of Bridgeport, Ct; brothers Louis Sisco and Anthony Sisco both of Middletown, as well as 9 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Josephine Pento and Brother, Angelo Sisco. Al’s family will be receiving friends from  1 to 2pm on Saturday, June 24th   at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc. 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown. A Memorial Service will begin at 2pm at the funeral home. Cremation and a memorial service were held privately in Florida.
