Adrienne C. Hunt of Middletown died peacefully on December 28, 2021. She was born on September 20, 1940, to Charles and Adelaide Petrozak. She graduated from Middletown High School and was a graduate in the first class of The Middletown Beauty School. A lifelong New Yorker and Sports fan, Adrienne loved her New York Yankees and New York Giants. She never missed a sporting event played by her children and grandchildren. A letter or greeting card from Adrienne always exemplified her thoughtful passion for sending humorous positive messages. Her great use of language was a perfect fit for her employment as a Hallmark Card representative with numerous companies. Adrienne was also an avid animal love who treated her many pets over the years as her own adopted children.
Adrienne is survived by her three sons; Gregory Hunt of Altamont, N.Y., Christopher Hunt of Pine Bush, N.Y. and Darin Hunt of Marietta Ga., her seven grandchildren; Brandon Hunt, Kendra Hunt, Kyle Hunt, Jared Hunt, Riley Hunt and Collin Hunt, and Nicole Hunt -as well as nieces Andrea (Petrozak) Tymczyszyn, and Brenda (Petrozak) Finklestein.
She is pre-deceased by her brother David Petrozak and Sister-in-law Beverly Petrozak.
Visitation will take place on Monday, January3, 2022 from 12 to 2 P.M. at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, New York. Burial will follow at New Prospect Cemetery in Pine Bush, New York.
