Allan will be missed by all at New York Hospital Queens, HIM Department. He was funny and kind and I'll always remember how he beamed when he spoke about his son. I'll miss our baseball chats and will think fondly of him every April. Sincere condolences to all of Allan's family and friends. Karen Tiedemann and the NYHQ, HIM Department staff

There is a void that has been left at New York Hospital Queens, Radiology File Room. A familiar voice that will no longer be heard again, that familiar laugh. Allan was a kind and gentle soul who did not have a mean bone in his body. He was understanding and compassionate as an administrator with his staff. We will all miss him deeply but this will be tempered with the goodness that he imparted in the lives he touched. Heartfelt sympathies to all his family and friends. Orlando Romero NYHQ Radiology Archives Department Staff.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Cardona Family. May Al as we call him AC rest in peace. Al will be missed deeply. My heart has a void that will never be filled. Thoughout the 15yrs I've known AC, I can truly say, you could not ask for a better friend, supervisor, brother, couisin or Dad. If he could help in any way he would no matter what the situation was. But in my heart he will be remembered forever and ever. Love always Gail Howard URS
